K G Masquerade

K G MASQUERADE - 1989 dark golden palomino and white tobiano mare. Beautifully marked mare. By "Halloween" - APHA (Sire of Canadian Equestrian Federation 'A' Circuit Hunter Winners), out of "Sugar Blues" - APHA (full sister to "Atahi" - AHSA Champion Sire). "Masquerade" stands 14-1 7/8 hands. She is a very attractive large pony hunter. "Masquerade" has three lovely gaits, with an exceptionally long stride. She will jump around any course. Nothing excites her. She does her changes and has great form over fences. "Masquerade" has shown the "A" circuit green pony division in Canada and was in the top ribbons at every show! She trained with Julie Tattersall & Wayne McLellan in Ontario, and was ridden by Jackie Tattersall. This mare will win on any "A" circuit in the United States or Canada. As for "Masquerade's" ability to handle 'stressful' situations, I have even used this steady girl in parades with fire truck sirens blaring away, and Civil War and Indian Battle re-enactments! If a horse can march right through these activities, they can handle almost anything! Put your child in the 'winner's circle' with this flashy girl and realize the joys of riding a spectacular Paint! Video tape available upon request. Reasonably priced at $25,000.

K G MYSTIQUE - 1988 APHA palomino and white tobiano/overo mare. This mare is elegance personified. 14-1 7/8 hands. She will be able to show in the English and/or the western classes. "Mystique" is a superior mover at all three gaits, and should do well over fences, in dressage, or as a reiner. In whatever discipline you choose, she's sure to be a winner. As a breeding animal, she is outstanding. In 1996, "Mystique" delivered a beautiful sorrel colt with white markings by "Phantom Heart". She was an attentive and loving mother. (I sold this colt before he had even begun his training.) In 2000 she produced a fancy bay and white tovero filly by a solid colored stallion! In 2001 she produced a FANCY (a Devon kind of fancy) buckskin colt! In 2002 "K G Mystique" foaled a spectacular, absolutely correct, chestnut filly with a perfect diamond on her forehead. For you folks looking for something to show on the line, you really need to check out "K G Mystique's" babies! "K G Mystique" is easy to handle and loves people. If you are looking for a superbly bred, reasonably priced mare to begin your breeding program, or a fine animal to finish and take to the ring, "K G Mystique" is an outstanding individual. By "Halloween" (APHA), out of "Sugar Blues" (APHA - full sister to AHSA Champion Sire Atahi). "K G Mystique" and "K G Masquerade" ("A" circuit Large Pony Hunter) are full sisters.  Reasonably priced at $15,000.

HEARTS DELIGHT - 1991 APHA chestnut and white tobiano mare. 14-1 hands. Wonderful "A" circuit large pony hunter prospect. Or... if you are looking for a fancy pony for the dressage pony classes, look no further! This mare has correct, clean legs and feet. Lovely head and neck, nice shoulder and hip angles. An exceptional mover with a sweet disposition! Her gaits are classic! "Hearts Delight" has good basics under saddle, and took to everything as she should. She is willing and responsive. This mare is beautifully marked, and is truly a "Hearts Delight". She'll make some youngster a very happy and successful rider. By "Ebony Heart" (APHA), out of "Win My Heart" (APHA). $9,500. Raise your next Devon Winner. Will lease as broodmare to individual wanting to breed to champion Pony Hunter stallion. Call Karen Griffith for details. (740) 992-5782.

This elegant mare will be one of the premier animals found showing in the United States! If showing with the best in the country is your goal, "Desert Heart" will leave the competition 'high and dry'! By "Ebony Heart" (APHA), out of "Steal My Heart" (APHA). Hearts Afire

HEARTS AFIRE - 1991 APHA sorrel and white tobiano/overo mare. Reining/cutting breeding deluxe! "Hearts Afire" has one of the most outstanding "foundation" pedigrees available anywhere in the country! With this breeding also comes versatility! She is also capable of doing the large pony hunters, as she is just under 14-2 hands and has the movement, form, and attitude to succeed in "A" circuit company. "Hearts Afire" has impeccable conformation and color. To work with her is a joy! "Charlie" (the name she was christened with by the children at the barn) is good in traffic (she's been ridden daily along a freeway), is calm around barking dogs, strange objects, trains, etc., is good on trails, and loves to jump. She can do a nice extended trot for English, and is easily collected for a smooth western pleasure jog. She is light, responsive and athletic. "Charlie" loves children and has the looks, attitude, and ability to be a wonderful show mare. With her superb pedigree and outstanding athletic ability, you should seriously consider "Hearts Afire" for your child's companion and show winner, or your next open reiner/cutter. By "Atahi" (APHA), out of "Little Bit Glo" (1968 AQHA sorrel mare -- extended pedigree available). $25,000. "Hearts Afire" is available for lease - contact Karen Griffith at (740) 992-5782 for details.

HEARTSTEALIN GAL - 1993 APHA chestnut and white tobiano/overo mare. This is one of the prettiest marked little mares you'll ever see! She has a lovely head, elegant neck, muscular body, perfect legs, and a 'ton-of-presence'. She loves being handled, and is a real 'people' horse. She stands 13-1 1/2 hands, so will be just the right size for your youngsters. She is an athletic little girl that will make a flashy medium pony hunter or will excel as a child's Western pleasure pony. With this mare's outstanding pedigree, she will also be a valuable addition to your breeding herd. By "Ebony Heart" (APHA), out of "Steal My Heart" (APHA). $3,500.

HEARTS DESIRE - 1996 APHA sorrel and white tobiano mare. "Cute" doesn't do justice in describing this exceptional mare, but it's the first thing that strikes you about her. She has stunning Paint markings, exquisite conformation, and the most endearing personality you'll ever see. She is out of an extremely well bred 13 hand Quarter Horse mare, and she is the only direct "Atahi" offspring to stay under 13-2 hands for the medium pony hunters! Hearts Desire is a big enough mover and long enough bodied for a small adult to train and school. With her good mind, you could have her ready to show in 60 days. If you're looking for a mare that your child can take to take to the "A" shows, you should seriously consider this flashy girl. By "Atahi" (APHA - AHSA Champion Sire), out of "Little Bit Glo" (AQHA). A great buy at $5,500.

CRIMSON HEART - 1996 APHA chestnut and white tobiano mare. This lovely mare is an own daughter of "Atahi". She is out of a 16 hand black Thoroughbred mare, and is one of those rare animals that will have size, disposition, outstanding movement, and color! She is correct, clean, and straight legged. She'll make a great hunter and should also be competitive in dressage. "Crimson Heart" is a full sister to our 1991 stallion "Phantom Heart", who is already proving his worth in the breeding shed. With her good bloodlines, she also should make an outstanding breeding animal. When you see this strikingly marked mare, you'll fall in love! By "Atahi" (APHA), out of "Phantom Smasher" (TB). (For lease only - call for details.)
